The atmosphere of participating in a consultation meeting and conducting an on-site survey

On July 03, 2025, APA Incorporated entered into a contract with Vatphou World Heritage site office to Design and Renovating Project of the Site Museum of Vat Phou Champasak World Heritage Site, Champasak province, Lao PDR.

This project is a part of CHAMPA Project (Cultural Heritage Management, Protection and Attractiveness in Champasak and Savannakhet). The CHAMPA Project is funded by the AFD (Agence Française de Développement), focusing on the two of heritage areas of Southern Laos in Champasak and Savannakhet Provinces. This project is also mobilizing the Ecole Française d’Extrême Orient (EFEO) to help conduct researches and archaeology excavation as well as museums requalification in other to create more attractions sites in both provinces.

The aim of the CHAMPA Project is to preserve the heritage and enhance the territorial attractiveness of the Vat Phou Champasak site and the city of Savannakhet in order to improve the local benefits from tourism and living conditions for residents.

APA is proud and honored to have been given the opportunity and to be a part of providing the study and design for this project.
